Full Description

Morning Pickup and Boat Departure

Your diving day begins around 8:00 AM with hotel pickup from Marsa Alam. From there, head to Port Ghalib Marina, where the SAMBO Divers daily boat awaits you, ready to welcome you aboard.

Comfortable Boat Facilities and Briefing

On board, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing diving day: sunny sundeck, shaded areas, lounge, bathroom, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and diving equipment if required. After a general boat and safety briefing, the adventure begins.

First Dive at Marsa Shuni

After a short 20-minute sail south, arrive at Marsa Shuni for your first dive. Following a detailed briefing and buddy check, it’s time to explore the underwater world. Discover vibrant coral formations, fire coral, salad coral, giant moray eels, nudibranchs, blue-spotted stingrays, turtles, stonefish, and much more.

Surface Interval and Relaxation

After the first dive, enjoy your surface interval with refreshments and a relaxed debriefing with your dive guide while the boat heads toward the second dive site.

Second Dive at Marsa Mubarak – Dugong Habitat

Arrive at the famous Marsa Mubarak, known as one of the best places in Marsa Alam to encounter the Dugong. After a new briefing, tank change, and safety check, dive into shallow waters rich with seagrass. This area is the natural home of the Dugong, a gentle marine mammal also called the sea cow, which surfaces regularly to breathe.

Lunch and Return to Port Ghalib

After the second dive, return to the boat and enjoy an open oriental buffet lunch with vegetarian options. Relax on the sundeck, soak up the sun, and unwind as the boat sails back to Port Ghalib Marina, arriving around 3:00 PM.
