At Bonqus Boat Rental, we understand that plans can change. Due to high demand for our boat, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the start of your trip. Cancellations made within this timeframe are fully acceptable. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip cannot be accommodated, and you will be charged the full reservation amount. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.
2. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time for a safety briefing and orientation.
3. Safety Regulations: All guests must adhere to safety regulations and instructions provided by the crew. Life jackets are mandatory during certain activities and will be provided on board.
4. Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather conditions, Bonqus Boat Rental reserves the right to reschedule the trip for your safety. You will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made.
5. Damages: Any damages to the boat or its equipment caused by negligence or improper use will be charged to the responsible party.
6. Alcohol and Smoking: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted. However, for the safety of all guests, excessive drinking and smoking are prohibited on board.
7. Personal Belongings: Bonqus Boat Rental is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure.
8. Pets: No pets are allowed on the boat to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
9. Special Requests: If you have any special requests or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

11. Boat reservation by day: starting at 8:30 AM in the morning until a maximum of 4:30 PM in the afternoon
12. Minimum boat reservation in hours: 4 hours
